2019-2020 was an establishment year for Riverview Academy of Math & Science.
The Florida Department of Education mandated school closures for the last quarter, or thereabout, as a result of the impact of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. Due to mandated school closures, the Florida Department of Education cancelled all remaining assessments for the balance of the 2019-2020 school year.
All remaining assessments for school readiness, voluntary prekindergarten and K-12 assessments were cancelled for the 2019-2020 school year. Requirements for graduation and promotion, and final course grades were evaluated as though those assessments which were cancelled did not exist. K-12 school grades were not calculated for the 2019-2020 school year.
Due to the mandates implemented by the Florida Department of Education; Riverview Academy of Math and Science did not receive a school grade for the 2019-2020 school year. It is anticipated school grades will be available for the 2020-2021 school year
