Character Trait: If someone drops something, pick it up.
 Vol. May 23-May 27, 2022

A message from our principal:

Dear families,

We are on the brink of a long awaited and most certainly deserved time off for everyone. Through the pandemic our students thrived.  Teachers and faculty members have made a Herculean effort to provide an amazing learning experience for all our students. We hope that this final week is fun, safe and enriching for our students.  Lots of activities this week.  We hope to see joy of learning and kindness abound as we support one another and enjoy the last few days of 2021-2022 school year.

Summer learning information will be posted to the Summer Learning tab on very soon. These resources will assist our students in engaging in meaningful learning so to not lose the wonderful momentum we have gained.

Have a great week!

Reminders & Updates

  • CARLINE: Thank you for continuing to drive safely and follow the rules of carline. Many of our families are very safe. We are still working on maintaining the emergency lane for emergency use and sports/bus pick up daily. We also caution that students are not permitted to be dropped off in the parking lot to walk into the building. This is not safe. We will be issuing warnings to those that do so. We are so grateful to our teachers that are outside in the sun day after day ensuring that all RAMS kids are safe.

  • FREE & REDUCED MEAL APPLICATION: Although meals will be available free of charge to all students throughout the 2021-2022 school year, parents who have not received a letter of direct certification from the school are encouraged to complete a Free and Reduced Meal Application. Students who are approved for free and reduced-price meal benefits may be eligible for discounts on SAT/ACT testing, Pandemic-EBT benefits, summer enrichment programs and internet services.

  • LOST & FOUND: Our collection of items is growing.  We have sorted through all items that have been labeled with student’s names and provided to the teacher to send home.  There is still a large number of unidentified items that need to go home as well.  Please ask your child to check lost and found if you are missing any items.
